Laura and her team had such excellent communication with my husband and I throughout the sale of our house. They helped us with exactly what to do to prepare the house for sale and staged the home beautifully. Her photographer was exceptional and Laura had photos taken twice because she wasn't satisfied with the first photo shoot. In fixing up the house before selling it, we used 3 of the businesses on her referral list and they were all excellent. The thing I noticed is that they were all kind people and did excellent work! During the tough time of Covid, Laura & staff provided a safe and a respectful enviorment for prospective buyers. She staged our home to provide pictures to the interested buyers online so that they received the best possible view of a beautiful cabin/home in the mountains. With our help of property details, she provided up to date information about the newer built home to provide buyers with good reason to purchase it. I was continually guided through the best moves to make during negotiations which resulted in the seller paying for many of the costs that I would have faced after the purchase. One of Lauras realtors, Sara Cunningham continually pointed out things to consider as we went through properties that I would have never thought of. Sara would even give me design ideas when asked to help me envision what a space could be. Again just a team that went above and beyond what I expected.
