He went above and beyond what was necessary - providing multiple viewing times, researching in depth information on each house, and giving us opinions and contractor/loan options if the house needed to be fixed up. He genuinely cared about getting us the best deal possible and wanted for us to buy a home we would be happy with. When we finally found a house we wanted, he was quick to start the process for us and communicated with us at least once a week just to give us updates or let us know what we needed to get done.
