Lou Ann Davis helped my husband and I find our dream home in BV in 2021. We found a home under construction with 3 months remaining to completion. Lou Ann updated us every step of the way, giving us progress reports at least once a week and/or meeting us "on site" once a month or more. She backed us up and stood up to the difficult builder. She was 100% professional and on her game. She really knows what she's doing. Excellent experience working with Lou Ann Davis. If we buy or sell in the future, we hope to work with Lou Ann.

Her attention to detail was amazing! She answered all of our questions that we had during the process. The pictures by her professional photographer were excellent that she put on the Internet. She provided color photographs on professionally done flyers that were available as prospective buyers visited our home. She also gave detailed additional information on printed sheets that were available with the flyers for people visiting. Lou Ann was protective of our home providing booties at the door for folks to slip on to protect our floors. She also communicated what prospective buyers thought about our home and comments they made. She attended our closing with us. Lou Ann demonstrated the Golden Rule throughout the relationship she had with ustreating us like she would want us to treat her. We appreciate Lou Anns ability, efforts, and demonstration as a professional realtor! We would certainly recommend her!
