I started working with Stacy last month in March 2023, to help me locate land for my custom home. I had a previous realtor, but he was not understanding the assignment or the kind of community I wanted to reside in with my family. Once I hired Stacy she was a great listener and immediately knew exactly what I was looking for in locating the right land. She was able to find land for me in Sagamore, which is located in a prestigious community. I did not think I could afford land in Sagamore so I never considered land in that area. However, Stacy went right to work and was able to show me that the land was not as high as I thought it would be in the Sagamore area. I finally decided to buy the land in Sagamore, but then another hurdle arrived and I was not able to get financing with my current bank. I had a great credit score and I was financially able to purchase. Stacy immediately took action and contacted Ellen from Forum Bank to assist with the process. Stacy did a fantastic job. It was hard to sell our childhood home and Stacy took over and made this journey a pleasant one. She was at my side on every move, she answered every question I had (which was everyday) and when I thought I couldn't get through this Stacy stepped in got me where I needed to be. My job has caused me to work with many realtors over the last 31 years and trust me when I say Stacy is heads above the rest.
