Rachel is awesome! I am currently living out of state so I handed the reins of the sale over the a power of attorney to deal with and Rachel was wonderful with understanding the situation and coordinating things with her and the buyers. She gave an honest opinion on what she thought a fair market price for the property was, handled listing and taking pictures of the property and all I had to do was electronically sign some documents from 1000 miles away. 10/10 would recommend and use again- thank you again Rachel!! 2022
