As a first time home buyer she made the process incredibly easy and educated me on each step along the way. She was personable, a great communicator, and gave helpful advice. We toured a handful of properties and Meagan provided her honest opinion on each one. The home we purchased got multiple offers and we likely would have lost the bid if not for Meagans top notch negotiation skills. She recommended inspectors in our area that she had used for her own properties, which gave us peace of mind. They were all thorough and honest.

We were so impressed with Meagan's professionalism and attitude, that we asked her to not only act as our realtor for selling our existing home, but also finding our forever home. Using her advice on staging our home, and the preparation for our first and (only) open house, she not only got an offer that we accepted, but the buyers also asked her to represent them as their agent for selling their home. For finding our new home, she sent us daily updates on new homes in the area and followed up if we were interested. It began to look like our demands were becoming too great then Meagan found us this gem that literally hit the market that day, she immediately got us a showing, somehow she knew we'd love it, got an offer in for us the same day as the showing and now here we are a year later and still super satisfied.
