Joyce did an exceptional job. She was always one step ahead. I was selling my parents house and as it was going on the market she had the title search completed. They found there was an old equity line from two banks ago that was open. I had to meet with a bank officer to determine how to close. But I had the time to do so as the process started early. Then all during the sale, Joyce was advising the buyers agents that they were behind on their transactions. She was on top of all the items that need to be completed. Many times now you have realtors that hand over to the business side of the realty. With Joyce, she follows every step and You have more personalized service. Joyce also has a great feel for the market and knows the area. If I were to purchase in the area, she would be my first call for help.
