I have purchased and sold several properties in my life and I would highly recommend Susan as a realtor. She is a life long resident of Greene County and is always professional and knowledgeable in the field of real estate. She consistently follows thru with what she says she will do and returns calls and texts timely. She guided me every step of the way and is never pushy and is an excellent negotiator. More than anything, Susan seems to enjoy her work and truly cares about her clients and finding or selling their home. She is a true professional and a joy to work with!

Working with Susan was a wonderful experience. She took a lot of time doing market research and helping us determine the best price point for our home. We leveraged her knowledge of MLS and listing services in writing up our descriptions and taking photos of our listing. She was always willing to give her opinion during the listing process, negotiations and sale, but always encouraged us to do what was best for us.
With this particular property, we were not in a huge hurry to sell; however, we had several showings and offers within the first month of listing and she secured us a buyer in a little over a month.
Susan was responsive and terrific throughout the negotiation of each offer that came our way. She is takes pride in her work and truly treats her customers as though they are family. We love Susan and will no doubt use her again for any sale or purchase of a property/home.
