Jeff told me upfront that the best possible photos are essential to the sale and he took the time to be sure every photos was carefully staged. Secondly, he was in touch constantly letting me know about every showing and every update. I couldn't have asked for a more skillful and caring realtor. On the other hand, the agent representing the buyer insisted on sitting in her car in my driveway with the motor running pushing us to get out of the house for a buyer walk-through.
