My family has owned a home in the Bronx since 2001, at the time a brand-new build. Since Covid (in 2020) we have relocated and found our forever homes in Florida. Managing and taking care of the property and its tenants. In late April 2023, we decided it was time to move on from our home and we entrusted Alex and his team to assist us in the process. Alex & his team did an extortionary job assisting my parents sell their 3-family house in the South Bronx. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always gave great advise. I am the financial advisor, daughter and money man for my parents, so all dealings and decision came from me, and Alex made it easy for me to do so. He was accommodating to the tenants who were still on the property, his team doing their best to relocate and assist our tenants to find a few dwellings. Alex kept us in the loop, giving us updates every Friday faithfully, never missed a day. Very good on follow up and follow through.
