I don't normally write reviews for products or services but I feel compelled to write one for Jess. I was selling my downtown STL condo by myself, out of state just listing it on a few websites. I got calls from no less than 50 St Louis realtors hoping to take on my property and I brushed most of them off as they didn't appear more competent than myself at selling property. Then I received a call from Jess and I knew instantly that if I did hire a listing agent she would be the one. She has an unbelievable work ethic with meticulous attention to detail and more importantly, she just gets stuff done. Aside from the Realty business (which she is really, really good at), Jess would most likely thrive in any occupation with the type of motivation she puts behind her work. There are a lot of people that try hard and don't get a lot accomplished but Jess works hard and knocks out the competition by a long shot. I don't think there was ever a time that she didn't call me back in under 5 minutes or respond to a text instantly from sun up to sun down the entire time she was my agent. If you lined up 100 realtors and Jess was in the lineup I would pick Jess every time because she would be the only one worth your time. The best part was she had so many great ideas all the way from staging the condo to connections with contractors to make the condo more valuable. I didn't always agree with Jess but she always made sure that I had the final decision in any transaction for the property which was an important quality for me that she was able to listen to my opinions. If you don't believe me the numbers don't lie, when I took Jess on as my agent, she had my condo under contract in 6 days with multiple offers.
