Erratic, unprofessional and does nothing to sell your home. Throughout the listing meetings Mr Claiborne was enthusiastic and talked a lot about marketing and selling my property. I admit I was intrigued enough to sign a longer listing agreement than I was comfortable with.
Once signed, NOTHING was done to sell the home. Just defensive behavior when questions were asked. He could not get other brokers to return his calls which showed the respect he had in the community is no longer relevant.
Ultimately we had to get his boss involved who helped get the property sold. To add insult to injury he didnt even bother to show up to the closing.

Do not waste your time with this broker. He is out of touch, unprofessional and frankly scary to deal with at times.

We had a broker but he didnt help with this home. I did the research on my own and came to an open house that was canceled on the same day but Richard was kind enough to let us still see the home. My partner and I fell in love with this house Im given offer on the same day. I didnt think it was fair to give a broker Richards commission when did didnt help with this home. Richard was informative and answer all my questions. Most of all I was worried about the bus services for my childs school. Richard reassured me that that would not be a problem since he also lived in this neighborhood he also told me that we had nine community pools. We have three children ages 6 to 13 who is excited with all the amenities this community offered. Right through the whole process until the end Richard was helpful. We were looking for a broker experienced with the Levittown market and Richards online reviews were outstanding. Speaking to him on the phone gave me a good first impression but meeting him in person sealed the deal. He really did his homework, preparing comps. He understood the challenges we faced having a multiple out-of-state owners as part of an estate sale, and reassured me that he had been there / done that many times before.
