Jose and I went through quite an adventure when I was purchasing a home. A combination of indecisiveness and bad luck - both from my end - meant we looked at a lot of houses and went under contract more than once before finding the right one. Jose provided great service, fantastic insight and advice, he was patient and responsive to my questions and requests, and genuinely made the whole process as easy for me as possible. I would certainly use his services again and would recommend to anyone making real estate moves.
Im not impressed with Jose. He did nothing to help with the negotiating on my home. I paid way over the price of the home. The day of closing he messaged me 30minutes prior to do a walkthrough of my home. I was driving and obviously was not able to make it. He sent me an docusign a week later to sign that stated I had done the walkthrough. I emailed him back and stated I would not be signing that as I had not done the walkthrough. Also, never use the inspector the real estate company refers. It was a terrible experience and I wish realtors would just become obsolete. 2022

Jose Galarza is a fenomenal professional and did a great job selling my house. Not only he did the usual stuff such as promoting online and in social media, listing the property, putting signs and doing open houses, he went a step further by helping me take care of some minor repairs noted in the buyers inspection report; he attended several showings in person and protected my interest in front of the seller. I don't even know were to start. Jose is the best realtor anyone can have. For the past year Jose has been an amazing realator and a big supporter of what I wanted. I've met other realators in the past but they all seem to push you to buy something you don't like or want, just so they can make their money and move on to another buyer.
