I hired Cathy to sell my house, but she was regularly unresponsive. It felt like she gave up on the listing when the market got a little difficult. To top things off, a sale fell through because she didnt deliver a signed accepted offer to a buyers agent. Please stay away shell talk nice to get a listing, but she doesnt deliver unless its easy.
