Jennifer is top notch. She was on the ball with all of my questions. She was flexible with my dates in town. She rearranged other commitments to get me into a few hard to see units. I won't use another agent in this market. She made us feel comfortable. She was calm, informative, assertive in the transaction, made great recommendations and handled issues that came up, and she went over and above to help with an inventory walk through of the property. She visited some units and made videos for us when we could not be there. Choosing the right agent, not the company or team is what is important. Trust that Jennifer is a true professional. Her additional education as a broker and her personal relocation experience and condo ownership put her shoulders above many other agents in the area we talked to. We also enjoyed the relationship with another Military family. I am a broker myself and find that I am hard to please in real estate transactions because I expect a high level of service and work ethic.
