Talk about a person that goes above and beyond? That would be the definition next to Patrick Campbell's name! Punctual. Professional. Hardest working agent (Yes, I tend to be a fussy customer!). Patrick was incredible to work with. He made the process of buying my first home easy and helped me up understand the process every step of the way. I was blown away by how knowledgeable Patrick is with every aspect of the home buying process. When touring houses he was able to point out good and potentially concerning features of the house, looking at little details I wouldn't even think to look for. He had great suggested properties and took into account what I would be able to afford and what locations would be ideal for me. Patrick is incredibly responsive and proactive. He frequently reached out to me to make suggestions and make sure I was updated and comfortable during the home buying process. Patrick even went so far as to get my HVAC system inspected to make sure it was functional for me. He also answered questions that came up after settlement was over. I'm thankful for the amount of time and effort Patrick put into helping me. He always had answers to my questions or would quickly get an answer if he did not know. As a first time home buyer I was unsure what to expect but Patrick made everything easy and streamlined. I can't recommend Patrick highly enough. I know I will be using his services again in the future and encourage anyone else looking for a realtor to got to Patrick as well!

From beginning to end, Pat ensured that, as I buyer, I got the best.
We bought a house and sold our old house using Patrick's services. He was responsive, ready to talk whenever we needed to, and showed us the properties that we deemed appropriate. I would say that the experience wasn't as good with the company he partnered with for the Title services, called Endeavor. they were disorganized, not responsive, and created a lot of stress for us at the end of the process. One other thing, Patrick promised that he would pay for an outside powerhouse of whatever house we bought but as of this day that hasn't come to fruition:) 2022

Very good and knowledgeable and sees the layout well and finds solutions and I didn't have to handle anything. I was buying a house the same time he was selling mine in different states and started a new position and didn't have to worry and he actually fixed problems my buying agent had because I told him what I was dealing with and he called my agent and helped out.
Very helpful and responsive and found a solution not just by his work ethic but by his knowledge and experience he has. I was impressed and felt comfortable with him handling everything as I had to move quickly to another state to work on base. My real estate agent I worked with buying a house at the same time as selling this one thought Patrick was great to work with and actually helped her figure out issues she was having and once saw that I was having problems buying the house because I needed to move in before closing and he contacted my buying agent to help resolve those issues. Patrick was flexible and would change his schedule around in case we needed to see a house that day. He would send us a comprehensive market analysis of any property that we had seen. During the sale of our house, He was also excellent with negotiating with the other party and getting the asking price we deserved. Patrick was professional and made me feel at ease from the start. He was available whenever I needed him, and he was flexible with my schedule. Patrick handled the sale of my marital home in Westminster, MD and subsequent purchase in Odenton, MD. His market knowledge was vast and he was incredibly patient. I was able to sell for more than I imagined the property could bring. The purchase I was looking to make was for a fixer-upper as cheap as I could find. We located a property with the amenities and school system I was looking for and made it work.
