Ric kept me calm in during an extremely fast and rapidly changing sales process. There were a lot of odd challenges with the sale process involving the sale of the buyers own property. He also helped me figure out what to do to make the property more appealing such as cleaning the siding and helped me do it and did a lot of the hard work himself. There were lots of fast moving elements to my sale. Ric stayed on top of them.

We worked with another agent for six months and she did not work out. When we started talking to Ric he took an interest in finding us the house suited to our needs because I am handicapped. Ric showed us many homes trying to find us one in the correct location and suitable for a wheel chair. We ended us building a new home due to my condition and he found us a lot close to our daughter and a larger lot than most in the area. He was courteous and professional. I would recommend him to a friend or family member for their real estate needs.
