Gina is amazing! I was originally going to buy land and put up a stick built house, and then prices soared, so I reapplied for a new loan to buy a house. Gina was patient with me through the whole process, knowledgable, and she never made me feel like I was putting her out. She was even completely pleasant to my rowdy boys. I was one of the many that had their rent raised by $600. When I told her about, her response was almost like 'challenge accepted!'. After some freakouts and prayer, within a few weeks, she found me and my boys the perfect house that was within my price range. Furthermore, I entered contract on the loan on July 15th, and she was so completely on top of paperwork (as was the loan officer), that I was able to sign the final papers on August 6th (a week early!).
