I found Suzanne Tomasello through a simple google search. She came to me un-referred while looking for a realtor that could arrange home staging in conjunctions with my home sale. Her reviews were excellent so I reached out to her and set up a meeting.

We walked through my home and Sue outlined her plans to showcase the property for listing "for the fastest sale at the highest possible price". I was impressed.

After we reached an agreement Sue and her team took over, taking care of all the details while listening to our input and keeping us informed. She laid out a clear timeline and goals for cleaning, staging, photos and listing. She made recommendations and arranged all services that we needed to get the home in pristine condition for listing.

During the process another home in the neighborhood similar to ours went up for sale. While I was quite dismayed at their timing, Sue helped turned their listing into our strength by timing our listing and open house in tandem with theirs.

Sue arranged to have stunning professional photos of my home done as part of her service. The photos included arial drone views. The pictures were so stunning in conjunction with that absolutely amazing staging job, I jokingly questioned my decision to sell the property.

From the moment the home was listed the views and tours began to line up. It was really exciting. My fianc and I watched the views and saves on Zillow skyrocket. Three days later we had an open house. The street was swamped with interested buyers lining up to see our property. Sue made it feel like an exclusive event. Her spouse even grilled hot dogs in our driveway for the potential buyers. The feedback was outstanding. We received 14 offers in under 24 hours and the home sold for well over asking price.

I have purchased and sold several homes over the years and never have had such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Suzanne Tomasello and her team to anyone looking for a realtor.
