David would get 6 out of 5 stars if allowed, would definitely recommend him if you're buying or selling! I bought a house with him as my realtor and he was always open and honest with every step of the process. He and his wife Casey facilitated this with their video updates they sent for each step of the process, which made everything make sense and prompted me to ask questions I wouldn't have thought about otherwise. Our personal experience, we had our closing date delayed by two weeks at no fault of mine or his, but with every delay he went to bat for me and made sure that we were finally able to successfully close. I will personally always hire David when I am buying or selling!
