The best "good fortune" we had in finding our dream home in the Destin / Santa Rosa Beach area of FL was discovering Sabine Robertson's U-Tube channel and selecting her to help us in our search. We had decided to relocate to the Destin / Santa Rosa Beach area of Florida and needed an experienced realtor in the local area that we liked and could trust.
In viewing her U-Tube channel the first thing she points out is that to some individuals they might perceive, as downsides to the area, the humidity, bugs and traffic. Our thoughts were that's positive. She addressed the potential negatives of the area and immediately the building of trust for her was established.
