My fiance and I met in graduate school, got engaged and this year finally saved enough to purchase our own home. As we were going to be first time homeowners, we were extremely excited but didnt fully understand what went into choosing your first home. We have family in the area and ideally wanted to relocate to Downingtown; an area we werent fully familiar with. As we were ready purchase a home and begin the move-in process quickly, we needed a real estate agent willing to accommodate us.

Kara has been a pleasure to work with to say the least. She has been available ANY time for a text, call, or home showing. She has been incredibly knowledgeable about the Downingtown area and its school districts. She sent us listings of homes she knew we would be interested in based on getting to know us really well. This was helpful in saving us time from having to weed through countless listings. Kara was conscious of both our time and work schedules, as our jobs do not allow much flexibility.

Once we were ready to settle on a home, Kara was with us every step of the way. She came prepared to every meeting with clarifying questions that most homebuyers would never think to ask. Because of her, we feel that no vital information was missed during this process and we were able to sign all the required paperwork with both eyes wide open. My father-in-law even made the comment (as a two-time homebuyer) that Kara is the BEST real estate agent he has ever come across. We cannot thank her enough and HIGHLY recommend her!
