Last year Crystal took care of our daughter, in her purchase of a home in Versailles. SO we began OUR search with high expectations. Crystal took us on virtual/video tours, pointing out important details, in line with our preference. She was available day and night ( ie 3 hrs diff from here in LA), arranged for all the home/ranch inspections ( !) , appropriately negotiated with the sellers and then followed through in making sure all the appropriate repairs were done properly, only by reputable and experienced vendors. Additionally, she kept us informed every step along the way, never assuming what are we might prefer. Crystal seemed fully informed as to residential restrictions, allowances and building codes. What perchance she couldn't answer she quickly researched and answered. In summary, there is no doubt that Crystal is an experienced and truly exceptional realtor, well versed in the nuances of real estate ,ie fair pricing, purchasing tactics and knowing the value of the land. Additionally, she is also an especially personable, perceptive and accommodating professional.

I was however surprised when I found out the buyer was from a SISTER AGENCY OF KELLER WILLIAMS.. I WAS ONLY TOLD SHE WORKED FOR ANOTHER AGENCY. MOT ONE IN THE SAME. JUST DIFFERENT MANAGERS...she said she knew of her and that's about it.. I guess I was disappointed to find out on my own when I looked up the buyers information. I also thought she was buying it for her self not to rent out.. although that's is not my business what the buyer does. I just believe I would not have sold it to her had I known she was going to be renting it out.. And that the buyer jumped the gun prior to the home being sold and cut all the trees and shrubs down prior to closing on my father's home.. this part of the sale was disappointing to me AND MY BROTHER... I WAS NOTHING BUT HONEST ABOUT EVERYTHING WE KNEW ABOUT HIS HOME AND EXPECTED THE SAME IN RETURN..
