Derya helped me find my house over 8 years ago and was a joy to work with. I was a young single woman with high expectations and Derya was able to find me something that fit my requirements as well as my price range. More recently Derya also helped my husband and I find a piece of land where we are currently building our new home. She showed us houses for over 2 years before we decided to build. During this 2 year process Derya was patient with us and sent us potential homes often. Because of our previous experiences with Derya and the level of trust we have in her, we asked her to help us through our home building process. She has been a important person in every house decision we've made and we consider her a dear friend.
