Nina was an awesome realtor to work with! When trying to find a house, she was always available for showings. She was honest about certain houses when trying to find what was best for my family. When we finally found a house she was extremely responsive with any questions I had at any part of the day! I would definitely refer her to friends and family and work with her in the future if ever needed again!

NIna was fabulous, We started working together in March, just prior to the shutdown, My old house in Virginia was not yet on the market and the virus really confused me about putting it on the market, But Nina was patient with me and we stayed in touch through the summer. She knew where I wanted to live and what I could afford and kept sending me links to listings. When my old house did sell, it went quick and I had to move in 34 days. I had no idea where I was going to go other than I wanted to be in Conway SC. NIna found out about a brand new house where the contract fell through and contacted me immediately. We made the decision to put a contract on it the next morning and the buyer agreed that evening.
We had decided to close quickly but with me still being in VA and not knowing
any lenders or attorneys, I trusted Nina for both. And both did an excellent job. No stress, no drama. Again I want to say that Nina was wonderful.
