Wow! Gisselle is amazing and Im so glad we had her during this whole process!! This wasnt our first home buy and we know many people in real estate that couldve been our agents. However, I am so grateful we used her and we will never use another agent. She is bilingual, kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient! So so so patient! After months of looking, Gisselle was able to find the perfect home that my husband and I loved. Which isnt easy considering we wanted different things and homes were flying off the market so quickly. She never rushed us or seemed frustrated with us for saying no to the other properties. She responded to every single email, text, call so promptly. She helped us negotiate the best price/deal so we would get this perfect house in a sellers market without overpaying. Her recommendations for inspectors were great. And she made sure we were on schedule for all of the things we needed to get to close. She made sure to stay on top of the sellers agent too. All in all, we closed on our perfect home and we couldnt have done it with out Gisselle. Buying a home is such a big decision, you will want an agent whos there for you and makes you feel like shes in it with you. Not like youre just another client. Gisselle makes the time and you will be so happy that you used her!
