I'm talking, updated, move-in ready, can't be more pleased. Dan is knowledgable and always available. There was so much between accepted offer and close that Dan did for us AND the sellers. Dan would have an answer or an update within the same day, usually within an hour, compare that to the seller's agent that sometimes took days or in one case over a week! (Pre-occupancy, so we could move some things in before closing, while my daughter was able to finish the school year).
