My husband and I worked with Katie for almost 1.5 years to both buy and sell a home. Katie far exceeded our expectations with both deals, and we couldn't imagine going through this process without her! A few things that we loved about Katie were her responsiveness, patience, professionalism, and honesty. While I know she was working with several other clients, I always felt like her first priority and there was never a time when she couldn't show us a house, answer a text, or take our call. There is no doubt she knows the market well as she helped us navigate our way through seven offers on different houses during our time together! We looked in the north and south hills of Pittsburgh and Katie educated us on both areas (market values, amenities, neighborhoods) without any bias. Katie always gave an honest opinion, which, many of those times, swayed our decision to not pursue an offer--she cares about the client being happy and buying the right house, NOT just about making a sale. She is also the most professional person I've ever met; we went through some difficult deals and she continually treated everyone with respect which was important to us. Lastly, we could not be happier with the result of selling our house. She hired a professional photographer, strategized the best day for an open house, and helped us evaluate all angles when looking at the multiple offers we received. She acted quickly to get our house sold in a matter of 3 days and we ended up selling for 20k over asking price! She's passionate about her job and if you're looking to buy or sell in this crazy (albeit exciting!) market, you should absolutely call Katie. She is THE best!
