We bought and sold with Bethany, and she was fantastic for both! In the past weve worked with realtors who really didnt do much more than unlock the houses. Bethany goes way beyond that! She knew details about neighborhoods (and neighbors, sometimes!), looked up community documents, dug up records we were looking for, and managed to put together solid offers in really short timelines. Seriously we put in the offer on our new house, and had to revise it, hours before leaving for an international trip. We got the acceptance literally as the planes doors were closing!
