We bought our first home in January and this was the selling agent. It was agreed that all the major problems would be fixed and they werent. One of the major issues that was agreed to be repaired was damaged subfloor, which wasnt repaired. The solution to it not being fixed was a $700 check, which our realtor managed to get to $2000. We bought our house in January 2024, and were told the HVAC was recently serviced. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our air is not working and the home warranty will not cover it because it was a pre existing condition before we took ownership of the house. There is a terrible leak in our laundry room that has ruined a wall and the drywall is breaking off. There are also random holes that werent even mentioned in the inspection which has caused bats. Do not buy a house from this person, it is the worst decision my family has ever made.
