Erin is hands down, the best agent in this market. When I saw on Erin's profile she's only been in the game for three years, I didn't believe it. Not only does she find the perfect homes, it seems like she spends 100% of her time, day and night, with JUST you. I mean, honestly, we are on the lower end of the budget scale. This is our first home. And Erin treated us like we were 5million dollar clients. She is also masterful at reading people. Even when we were ready to offer $5000 more than asking, Erin spoke with the other agent, and got such a good read on her that she suggested we offered asking price AND demand $5000 in seller concessions.
