This was my second time working with Kimberly Prusakowski. I had a great experience with her the first time and never considered working with anyone else for my most recent home sale and search. I could not have asked for anything more from Kimberly. She is a master at her craft. She spent a lot of time working on market analysis both on the home I sold and all of the ones we were interested enough in placing an offer on -- and she is a master at explaining that analysis, what it means, and how it translates to a list price or offer price. She communicates well both with me and as the go between with other agents. It seems she will do anything within her ability to sell a home or purchase a home you want. From my perspective, it seems that she thinks of strategies and ideas that other realtors just don't consider. I was thankful to have her on my side of the transactions of both buying and selling. The current market can still be difficult for buyers. We went through several offers before securing our new home. But Kimberly never lost sight of the end goal nor got discouraged, and encouraged us to keep that same mentality. Almost like you can expect form your favorite coach or teacher. As a final example of her commitment, she had a planned out of the country trip right after the home I was selling went on the market. Rather than turning over the duties to someone else or asking me to wait to list the property (both of which would have been reasonable alternatives), she assured me she both wanted to and could handle working on the sell from out of the country. The home indeed went under contract during her trip -- and it was handled by her from afar. Kimberly has to be one of the best in the industry.

If there were 10 stars to rate Kimberly I would have given her that rating. She is super friendly, highly efficient and an amazingly, wonderful communicator. She was able to close our negotiations, confirming with me , while I was on vacation in Europe. I felt comfortable with her and truly feel like she treated me like a member of her family. She is also a talented lady who gave me great ideas for decorating and renovating. If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest, friendly, professional realtor rundont walk to Kimberly. You will be pleased!

Kimberly is wonderful to work with. She is a go-getter and she has assisted us in buying multiple properties. She always handles all of the small details with professionalism and ease. I would highly recommend her (and have) for any and all of your real estate needs.

Had to deal with Kimberly Prusakowski as selling agent of a condo in Rome. Be careful with these people, they are not honorable people. It was probably a combination of Kimberly and her seller Levi White. The condo was 89 Dodd and was occupied by a tenant, so we had to put an offer site unseen, except for an exterior photo & description which originally included a garage (it was NOT listed as is). Only then could we see the property in the due diligence period. We were looking for something my son could call home for the next two years if his Master's program at Shorter. Upon excepting our offer (included the garage), we scheduled met & a licensed inspector. During scheduling, we were assured by Kimberly that Hardy would make sure the tenants were informed & would not be present at the time if inspection...that was a lie...it was rather awkward walking thru the condo with the entire family present. Upon inspection, the photo that Hardy posted online was not even the photo of the condo and there was no garage (they conveniently fixed that on that day). There were several issues...toilets not secured, a current leak causing damage to ceiling, windows not in full working order (limiting escape routes in case of fire) a fist sized hole in the drywall, carpet stained & damaged, out if compliance with condo association (blinds missing), gutters pulling away from roof, railing going up the steps broken away from wall, etc. To fix it would probably cost $5000 - $7000. We simply asked for these things to be fixed or give an allowance at closing for $2900. One would think that was reasonable, especially since the HVAC system was probably on its last leg being 18 yrs old. But apparently not to Levi White or Kimberly Prusakowski. Not sure who was advising who, but both are at fault - Hardy for misrepresenting the property in order to get a higher offer, not disclosing as is and not making sure the tenants were not present during walk thru. And Levi White who thinks ok to sell damage property at a premium with clear violations of the condo association. Shame on both of you!
