While searching on Zillow we found a home we were interested in. Zillow put us in contact with Bethany, and we met her the following day at the listed property. Upon our first introduction we knew she was the right person for us. We can not say enough good things about her, knowledgeable, responsive, and a delight to work with. I absolutely made the right decision in asking Bethany to handle the sale of my home. Bethany brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the effort, further backed by a stellar product from Lancelotta/Coldwell Banker. She took the right actions as we listed to capitalize immediately on the sellers market - and in some ways its a shame we found and accepted an above-asking offer so quickly because the marketing material and brochures were amazing - really elevated the property! But things moved so quickly the brochures were ready right after we had our offer! And most importantly, we moved out of state just as we listed, and I cant say enough about Bethanys attentiveness, communication and support throughout the sales process especially since we were halfway across the country. Bethany is so personable and she goes the extra mile to help her sellers even when that means making phone calls for them, finding resources they didnt even know they needed and supporting out of state family members of the progress on the sale! Bethany is amazing! My husband and I were first-time home buyers who needed to find a home within a few months during this pandemic. Bethany was available to talk, email, or text day and night- seriously, I felt bad calling her so late but she always answered. We were in constant communication and went to view houses for a few hours almost every day, including weekends. After about the first week, Bethany knew exactly what we wanted and sent us new house listings that fit our needs and wants. Before each house viewing, Bethany sent the detailed information report of each house and made sure that the sellers took our VA loan. During each house viewing, Bethany pointed out anything that would hinder our loan being approved or make buying our house less than favorable. She suggested different companies we could use to make the different changes we wouldve liked at certain houses. If the seller of a home did not respond, Bethany reached out to the whole team until someone responded. We were also adamant about viewing houses in person, despite COVID-19; Bethany made it possible and even brought hand sanitizer. Some days wed bring our boys, and Bethany entertained them in one room so that they didnt have to enter every room with us.
When my husband and I were ready to put an offer on a home, Bethany explained the paperwork and process in detail. She even explained what information we needed from the bank and how to get it. After several offers being denied, my husband and I were stressed but Bethany kept positive. She reminded us that this was a process and that we would find the perfect house for us. When we finally found that house, Bethany typed and submitted the offer quickly. She relayed the sellers requests as soon as she got them; we were able to close a month later. A week after closing, Bethany reached out to see how we were settling into the house and answered some questions we had about our new home.

As first time home buyers my wife and i really wanted someone who was just as invest as us in finding a home. We wanted someone who was not only knowledgeable but communicated with us and was willing to stick around no matter how long our home buying process took and Bethany was definitely up for the task. She constantly communicated with us, she was able to answer any question we had, and she stuck it out with us throughout our 4 month process. We probably went to see 20+ homes with Bethany and everytime she was there looking smiling and trying to help us make the best decision for our family.
