He was looking out for our interests and spent time calming any anxiety about the selling process. He put work into the initial process which produced a good outcome for us.
I traveled to Michigan Thanksgiving week to look at houses. I already had one in mind but decided I didnt like the location. My son had worked with Curtis in the past and highly recommended him. He contacted Curtis, who quickly gained my trust. He found several properties that met my criteria and quickly arranged showings, even during the week of Thanksgiving. Curtis patiently led me through the process and was always available to answer my questions. I made an offer on a home before I left Grand Rapids and it was accepted! The entire process went smoothly and I closed on my new home Friday before Christmas. I am now looking forward to moving closer to my son, daughter-in-law and baby granddaughter due in March! Curtis help does not end at the time of closing. I feel comfortable contacting him even now, with the knowledge that he will still be there for me.
Curtis was so great throughout the whole process of buying a home. From the beginning of the process, he was there for me every step of the way. I wasn't going to be buying a super high-priced house, but that didn't matter to him. He treated me the same way I would think he would treat a client who is buying a million dollar home. He made trips out to homes for me since I was in another state, he always kept communication open and I always felt comfortable asking questions at any time. He was honest and gave me his true opinions of homes and didn't try to push me to buy quickly or anything. I felt that he genuinely wanted to get me into the right house and make sure it was the right fit for me. Curtis definitely goes above and beyond and I feel that i got lucky to have him as my agent.

He has great customer service checking in and is personable to work with. My 2nd home was a townhome in the process of being built and I was pregnant on a timeline hoping to move in before the baby arrived. Curtis did a great job keeping me in the loop and staying on top of the contract company on their progress to make sure we met that deadline. I always refer Curtis to my friends who are interested in purchasing a home because I have always had a great experience working with him. He goes above and beyond for his clients.
