Michael, a buyer from Scottsdale, AZ
Kim and her partner, David Koons, have a history of selling several units in The Mark, a high-end condominium building in Old Town Scottsdale. I came to know them--and of their successes--during my tenure as board member for 5 years and president for 3 years. When it came time for me to sell my own unit, the choice of realtors was obvious. And, even though the market was doing well then, million dollar properties required expertise and finesse. That's exactly what I got with Kim and David. They gave me excellent guidance and advice and we all worked as a well-oiled team to get me a 7-figure price for my unit. If you want realtors with savvy, experience, expertise and professionalism, I highly recommend Kim and David! Other owners at The Mark have chosen different realtors--and have not gotten the quality results they could have with Kim and David.

Kim Cooper did what I thought was impossible - possible. In today's hot market Kim took time to listen to my needs and wants in a forever home. Kim drew up a game plan and executed well beyond my expectations - as of Dec 8th I am a proud homeowner in Arizona!

Kim walked me through and educated me on the offer, buying and closing process, which went smoothly. There were no hiccups in the process and I could not be happier. Thank you Kim for being an amazing partner, I could not have done it without you. 5 Stars.

Kim was amazing! She is accommodating and knowledgeable. We had her working hard, scouring many different areas of AZ before purchasing our home. In fact, she highly recommended the area we eventually purchased in. We appreciated her willingness to be accessible, answer all or our questions and guide us along the way. Thank you Kim, it's so glad to be home :)

Barry , a buyer from Scottsdale, AZ
My wife and I have used Kim for various real estate needs. When the pandemic closed our daughters NYC office Kim found a place near our Scottsdale home for her to live and start remote working. When we used Kim to sell our condo in Scottsdale she delivered a buyer quickly and we got top dollar. When we spotted our new home Kim negotiated an unbelievable affordable price for us in the middle of this crazy sellers market. For our every need she were there in person, by phone, text or email without delay and made the processes effortless on our part. Without any hesitancy we would recommend Kim for your real estate needs.

Kim was a wonderful asset in this crazy market. She helped us look at plenty of houses and ultimately find our first home. She is extremely invested in her clients and helps them get the most out of what they want in a home. She really pushed hard for us to get this home and was instrumental in securing the house at a great price.

Kim Cooper did an unbelievable job in helping me find and purchase my dream home. Not only was she easy to work with, she worked tirelessly to meet my needs and make the unfamiliar process of buying real estate an absolute breeze. In a market that heavily favors the seller, she helped me secure a property in the exact area I was looking for below asking price. I've been told my multiple people that this is almost unheard of. If you want an agent who is seriously competent and focused on meeting your needs, look no further than Kim Cooper!

Tony, a buyer from Gilbert, AZ
Kim was fantastic in a time when everything was in complete and utter chaos. 2020 was the year of COVID, and despite all of the obstacles she had to negotiate, and the fact that we were out-of-town buyers, she provided all the resources and opportunities that she humanly could. She took the time to virtually walk us through every house in which we were interested, sometimes going back a second time to make sure we didn't miss anything. We would unequivocally recommend Kim to anyone who wants to find the perfect house for their family, and thoroughly enjoy the process. She's the best!

Connor, a buyer from Phoenix, AZ
Kim helped my wife and I buy our first home, and she made the process incredibly simple for us! She really tried to understand our tastes and helped us search for homes that best fit what we wanted. She's relaxed and easy-going, but really knew a lot of detailed information about specific neighborhoods and the home-buying market in general that were a huge help! We would highly recommend her!

Words cannot express how truly wonderful, professional and supportive Kim was during our both our renting and buying process within 12 months. She is highly responsive, respectful of your opinion, outlook and budget. Kim also understood the emotional roller coaster that is buying a home in competitive market, with supportive texts and emails to ensure our spirits remained high. Her recommendations for financing and title were also highly professional and efficient. What a wonderful realtor and joy to work with!

My wife, daughter and I were in the early stages of planning on listing our house as well as looking at what could be available to us if and when we sold. I am a planner and researcher and each weekend I would find out which open houses were happening in our desired area. As you can imagine nearly every agent we meet asked if we were working with anyone yet. When we said we had not decided on one yet their focus turned to only that. The typical approach was abrupt and opportunistic feeling and a turn off that made us want to leave the open house as quickly as possible. This was not the case with Kim, we did meet her while she was hosting an open house and even though I told her we did not have an agent because we were a couple months out form listing she still talked about the house we were at and that approach opened us up to talk about what we were wanting. After talking for a bit, we found out that my mother was a teacher for her kids in elementary school. The connection was made that much more secure at that point. In the following weeks she offered research as to what we could expect to sell our house for. Once we decided to list Kim offered advise on how to make our house the most desirable we could without making us feel like anything was going to be a hinderance to her or result in a lower sales price. After getting the house ready we revisited the research to determine the list price, always a tough conversation, but Kim made it comfortable and was honest as to what we should expect. She was communicative thru the entire listing process and listened to our concerns as well as took our suggestions and implemented them. We listed mid-week with an open house scheduled for both days on the next weekend. This resulted in an offer on that Sunday. After a bit of negotiating we accepted the offer. Now we had to turn our attentions to finding the house we would buy. I had already narrowed it down to a couple of contenders, but my wife needed to see more. Kim was patient with her and they toured more. We ended up selecting a great house to make an offer on. Again, Kim was ready with the research I desire to help in the decision of an appropriate amount. After negotiating we had an accepted contract contingent on the sale of our house. I know this adds a layer of complication to the entire process, Kim was there thru the entire process and we were able to close both transaction one day after the other. If you want an agent who can make you comfortable with each step of a stressful process even though you and your spouse have different needs, then I recommend Kim Cooper. Thanks Kim for all that you did for our family.
