More than a year ago we were looking for an apartment. Our previous real estate agent made the process more difficult than it was and after seeing several properties with her we felt unhappy. I told my husband that we needed to find another agent before giving up.

We had been looking at Westchester County properties for about 1.5 years with another realtor and were really frustrated. Either the homes were not anything like we had asked to see, or when we saw something we liked, we would find out it already had another accepted offer or was going into short sale. Finally a girlfriend of mine reached out to me and said she had used John and really loved him and she thought we should give him a shot. I told her we had determined we were going to be lifelong renters and werent really interested, but would give him a call.
