Cristina Drake is hands down the best agent in all of Mountain Home and in my opinion, the entire state of Idaho. After multiple interactions with various realtors, Cristina undoubtedly was the best fit for my large family and rambunctious kids. She made sure the process went as smoothly as possible while I went through the home buying process as a first time buyer while my husband was deployed and I was home with our 4 small children. Cristina remained patient while we viewed homes, had chaotic phone calls with my wild kids in the background, and never gave up when we were turned down left and right for our VA loan. In a cash market, Cristina had us under contract within a week of our pre approval on a VA loan. Her military relocation specialist background and second to none. 7 months later when my husband got orders and we had to sell our home, I hired Cristina as my agent again and my home was under contract with a week of being on the market. When our buyers tried to get spotty, she stepped in and made sure the remainder of the process went smoothly as we had just suffered a significant family loss at the same time we listed our home. She made it quick, smooth, and easy even with all that we had going on at that time.

Cristina and I met under unusual circumstances: I was trying to sell my home myself, and she offered to help, free of charge, under no obligation. Trying to sell your house yourself is stressful, and she was an ear to listen, a brain to pick, and a shoulder to lean on, even though she wasnt going to get a commission from me. Soon we were under contract, and after that deal fell through, I decided to use an agent the second time around, so I chose Cristina. I could not have made a better choice. She got to work immediately, having my house cleaned, photographed, a 360 tour, a videographer, the works. Her entire team was amazing and showcased my house better than I could have ever imagined.
