My husband and I spent the better part of a year looking for property near Deep Creek Lake. We talked to many realtors (including several at the largest realty group in DCL) who were interested in helping us until they realized it would involve more than emailing us listings. When we hired Lana and Larry Roby, they really took the time to talk to us about what we wanted. They sent us listings, but then also talked with us about the good parts (and not so good parts) of each listing. After about a month, we found the perfect property. We ended up spending more than we budgeted, but for exactly what we were looking for because Lana and Larry took the time to find out exactly what would suit our needs and wants. Even throughout the settlement process, they were knowledgeable and helpful until the end. We will recommend them to anyone who asks us.
