Blanca resident, a seller from Blanca, CO
Alison was referred to me by real estate referring agent. It took her a week to meet with me. Upon arrival at my house, which sits on 5ac, she walked within the house without a word. No questions, no suggestions, no answers to my inquiries, nothing. After several questions what she thinks that I should do about this and that, she finally said, "the more you do, the better". That was the only conversation she had while walking thru my house. When she was ready to leave, I asked her if she wanted to see the upstairs. She was surprised that my house was 2-story. I would think she saw my house being 2-sorry while driving up to it. She came to one of the bedrooms, looked out the window and headed for the stairs. Again, I asked her if she wanted to see the other room, and again, she was surprised that the house has two bedrooms. Upon waking into the second bedroom, she let out a loud "ouch". I asked her, what's wrong? She said it is her nerve and she needs to go home and lay down, and headed for the door. Outside at her vehicle she shook my hand and again, I asked her what should be done before she'll list my house. She said, I'll email you, and drove off. I have not heard from her since, so after a week I contacted my referring agent, asking what's going on with Allison, who was upset for Allison bringing her ratings down by her strange and odd behavior of a "qualified" real estate agent. Her excuse was that I had too much to move and she's not up to helping me. Yes, I still live in this house and I do have some heavy furniture, but I was not looking for a MOVER, but a REAL ESTATE AGENT.
I bought this house four years ago and put a lot of money in it to improve it and make it livable. I believe that it was Allison's agency that sold me the house so she should have the proof of my improvements.
So my conclusion is, she is a unqualified agent. I could have done better.
If there were ratings below 0, I'll give it to her.
