I can officially say I AM A NEW HOMEOWNER thanks to Janay Thomas!!! When I say buying a new home will have your stress level on 10!! I tried purchasing a home in 2015 and I got cold feet on my signing day. This is one of the biggest investments you make in your life and it's not easy especially doing it alone. A lot of people will try to take advantage of you and your money so be careful. I went through 2 realtors before finding Janay. One of them was encouraging me to make an offer for more than it was listed for, DIDNT SEEM RIGHT! I was able to find Janay on social media (trust me I was researching and praying daily for God to guide me to the right direction) Janay was able to assist me right away. Not only did she assist me with making an offer the day contacted, but was the ONLY one able to provide me with an awesome rebate program to save me money!! I truly felt like I was being punished for making money by all this gov assisted programs ...you mean to tell me as a first time homebuyer i don't qualify for any assistance with downpayment or closing?!!!CRAZY!!! Janay's company real estate rebate program provided me with 20% of my realtor commission to help with my home purchase. Also, she understood my crazy work schedule and she was always able to find a solution. A couple of days away from signing and another curve ball. I have my last walkthrough and signing and I have a work assignment 4hours away. No problem for Janay!! She facetimed me as she walked through the home and left me stress free! October 19 is an emotional day and wasn't suppose to be my closing date it was originally October 12..see a couple years ago on October 19 I was laying in my bed crying at college about losing my grandmother and now to fast forward I'm laying here crying tears of joy on this day I hated so bad. God has His ways of connecting you to the right people on earth and in heaven. Today was a good day and can't wait to step in my home for the 1st time.
