We knew Faith was a go getter and had faith in her integrity to do her best. We gave a lot of thought regarding the selling price for our home so after doing our homework came up with a price we felt was fair and that we liked. Never mentioned this to Faith but when she showed up to talk about listing she had a folder full of info and comparable prices for homes that had sold. She suggested a starting price and unbelievably it was the exact $$ amount we had decided on.
