My wife and I decided to buy a home and were referred to Mr. Dirks to be our agent. My wife and I were first time home buyers and had absolutely no idea what to do or where to start. We first met Andy for an initial meeting to discuss the flow of the home buying process. I was blown away. Mr. Dirks is a phenomenal real estate agent. From the initial meeting we had right down to the signing of the papers, Mr. Dirks exceeded our expectations on the home buying process.
Andy always answered my phone calls, e-mailed me back, and answered every question we had (even if we asked the same question multiple times). He was prompt, quick with answers and solutions, and provided the most up to date (modern) information on the current housing market.
Andy was extremely patient with us on every house we viewed. My wife and I didnt know the area we were buying in; or even what prices were right for the area. Andys team worked diligently for us to provide accurate information on what other houses in the area were selling for. In addition, Andys team was able to accommodate our busy work schedule and met with us to view homes on weekends and late evenings.
Mr. Dirks also has an eye for upgrades. As he views a lot of homes for clients, he gave helpful tips on what upgrades are currently in style and what home designs are popular and most coveted. Andy was attentive to areas in homes that would require attention if purchased, and noted what potential upgrades or fixes would be required to meet our living standard.
Andy was also interactive during the home inspection. He was able to give detailed information on what items could be negotiated to best fit our price range and living standard.

From the start, Andy already was wonderful in my book, because we share the same first name. That aside, Andy knew how to walk a home from A to Z and teach us what we were looking for that was complete and what needed improvements. We hired Andy as our Realtor for the sale of our house. We found him to be an absolute pleasure to work with.
