Darce was a true joy to work with on the sale of the house. My father had passed away and I contacted Darce to help the family with the sale of the home. She worked hard to make sure we understood the market conditions, the items on the house that needed to be brought up to date and/or repaired to make sure the inspections would go well. She truly cared that we felt comfortable with our understanding of the process and what to expect with each step of the process from the listing through the closing. She made herself available when we needed her help, and she was super helpful in recommending plumbers, cleaners, electricians, etc. We did a lot of cleanup ourselves, and shed point out things that needed attention which made it so much easier for us to focus on what mattered.
