Mike told my wife and I how he was going to approach selling our house from advertising, reaching out to other parties, etc., and he did just that. Mike advised us what to do in order to get the house ready for the market and when we thought we were finished, he came out and thought of a couple more things we should do and a couple things that we didn't need to do. He worked close with us via email and phone calls until we were ready, then our house hit the market. We had multiple showings and an offer within the first week, we held out for the next offer a week later and the house was sold! My experience with Michael Koperna and his staff was rewarding. Michael and Sean came to see my property and helped me decide how much to sell it for. It was sold in 4 days and I had 42 showings in those 4 days. With their help we settled on more than the asking price. Their communication with me was great. I had a call from them at least once a week until settlement, keeping me informed about what was going on and making sure I didn't have any questions. On settlement day Sean called me to go over the paperwork that I would be signing later that day.
