Our first escrow fell through due to the Buyer's representation didn't meet their Escrow commitment deadlines. Right from the beginning, the1st missed deadline, Karen not only secured a back up Buyer immediately, but she got us a higher sales price. It was all because of Karen's follow up and constant communication with the new Buyer's Agent/Broker that secured the deal. The backup buyer ended up buying our condo and we closed 8/3/23.
Karen was great throughout the process, always communicating, explaining, and updating us as to every showing, When we received an offer, her outstanding customer service really kicked in and she assisted with every aspect of the closing, The buyers agent never stopped negotiating, always asking for something else, at every visit or inspection. The buyers agent never stopped at the signed contract, always seeking more. Karen was excellent at dealing with the buyers agent and ceasing the negotiations after the contract was signed. She was an outstanding partner and someone we highly recommend to anyone buying or selling.
