I started searching for a home for my family in Mountain Home neary one full year before I was fortunate to connect with Michele. During that time I researched real estate groups and read several realtor bios and customer reviews. I finally reached out to three realtors I felt would be a good fit to assist my family with our search for the perfect home. Each realtor emailed or texted briefly upon receiving my inquiry, but never followed up. It was lucky for me that Michele was the listing agent for a home I discovered on Zillow. My parents retired to wonderful Mountain Home, AR around 25 years ago, however age related issues necessitated I move them back to Illinois to be closer to family.

I evaluated 4 brokers that were all experienced and professional but in the end what sold me on Michele Buffo was the warmth and caring she had when dealing with my parents (both mid-80's). An additional factor that helped in my decision was that Michele was tech-savvy and understood how online and social media platforms were a must-have in selling a home in todays market.

Overall I could not have imagined a better home selling experience than we had working with Michele. The online marketing was fantastic, using professional photos and well thought out descriptions and details of the home. Since I live out of state, Michele stepped in as a surrogate child to my parents to help guide them through the sales and moving process, stopping by frequently to check in on them and help them with getting the home ready for sale. At the same time Michele did a fantastic job keeping me up to date on where we were at, next steps and and what I needed to be thinking about and planning for.

Michele was able to sell the home quickly and negotiated a sales price much higher than we expected, and was fantastic in handling negotiations with the seller. She went above and beyond in so many ways even past the personal touch she gave to my parents. After they moved out she frequently checked on the house, arranged for the removal of left over furniture along with personally making several trips to take out the vast amounts of garbage left behind. Even several months after the house sold Michele checked in periodically to see how my parents were doing in their new house.

I miss visiting beautiful Mountain Home and I am considering retiring there when the time comes, and if I do I will absolutely look up Michele to be my agent.
