We had an excellent experience with Lavell. Being new to the area and moving in from out of town we were a little more high maintenance than other clients. But he did a great job of staying on top of houses as they came on the market and then prescreening so we could see if we should drive down to tour. Soon we were able to purchase a house that is beyond what we'd hoped for and Lavelle was able to negotiate a great price. Not sure that this could have happened as it did without Lavell's help.
