Since we were new to the area, Nancy was really helpful in giving us information about different neighborhoods and areas based on our needs and wants. She was also great in making sure every detail was right and even helped provide some suggestions with our not so good realtor for our house sale in MN. She worked with our out of state mortgage company and her and Danielle made sure by the time we reached closing all the ducks were in a row to make for a smooth closing with no issues.

She was a joy to work with. It was clear that she knows what she is doing and is a well seasoned expert, but was approachable and fun to work with.
