There is no even a small negative detail about all this long process working with Julia. She has made it so smoothly all along. There is no question that she will not answer you. If there is anything she does not know, she WILL find the answer for you, even if she has to work until late at night or during weekends. She was responsive to what must have been a ton of questions I had as we moved through the house buying process. When i backed out of the initial purchase of a condo, I completely changed my focus towards finding a funky unique house. She found me the place that checked all the boxes! Being the house is unique, my original Mortgage Company wasn't willing to take on the loan. Julia was able to find me a Mortgage Company that would take on the loan.

Professional, organized and amazingly responsive are just a few words to describe working with Julia to find our new home. We started looking in the middle of November and just recently closed on our home (in January). Julia organized our house visits by the listing location making the most efficient use of our time.
