Natalie came highly recommended by a friend/neighbor. Having worked with other realtors in the past, our experience with Natalie did not meet our expectations. Her communication was poor at best. A lot of information was sent via email that we just happened to see when we had an opportunity to browse, thus delay in exchanging pertinent information. We had to request/ask for follow up; to include closing date ( which there was a discrepancy; 23rd or 25th Feb) We were doing a remote closing, and notified that our packet hadn't been returned approximately 3 hrs before closing time. In fact, to date we haven't received a call, email, text to even ask if we were OK with how things went. So the entire process was stressful.
Maybe it was a personality difference, or perhaps she assumed we knew how to navigate the sell of our home. But each state does things differently, so nothing should be assumed. Obviously, Natalie sells properties and is good at it. However, we felt like a number and not valuable clients. While we're in the market to purchase another home, we will seek a different realtor, one who's a better fit for us. 2022

During an initial conversation she listened to what kind of property we were looking for AND why we were looking to buy in that area. Using all this information she developed a set of potential properties that fulfilled both the what and the why.
